Our Retail Store Chain has, currently, 5 locations:

• 3 retail stores in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova;
• 2 retail stores in Comrat and Balti - regional centers.

Riscom Computers is the first certified assembling producer of personal, desktop and mobile computers in Moldova. We have taken a mission to increase the percentage of personal and mobile computers usage in Moldova and thus to follow the National Strategy of the Informational Society.

Dominator™: workstations for professional users; desktop computer systems for corporate, institutional and small business customers; powerful and stylish decisions for gamers and creators.

Legenda™: notebooks designed to address a wide range of business needs, they are powerful performance, portability, flexibility. We offer a range of 6 models. The "Legenda" line is targeted to Moldavian customers of middle rank, to individual or small-to-medium sized business, that require optimum performance for their investment.

Milestones

1998

• Riscom Computers SRL is founded (April 8th).
• The Company opens its 1st retail store, located in Chisinau.
• Riscom Computers becomes Authorized AMD Processor's Reseller.

1999

• The company receives IPI status (Intel Processor Integrator).
• Riscom Computers opens it's 1st Authorized Service Center

2001

• Riscom Computers receives State PC Assembly Certificate. The company becomes the first certificated manufacturer of assembled computers in Moldova.

2002

• Riscom Computers becomes Distributor and Certified Service Center of Russian company Rover Computers (Roverbook notebooks).

2003

• The Company opens the 2nd retail store, located in Chisinau.
• Riscom Computers becomes Partner of a large amount of famous world brands - AMD, Samsung, MSI, APC, Panasonic, DFI and so on.

2004

• The 3rd retail store is opened in Chisinau, on the base of franchising; it is the largest retail store in Moldova, specialized in selling brand computer equipment: Intel, AMD, IBM, HP, Compaq, Sony, Dell, Fujitsu-Siemens, Rover and others.
• The Company opens its 2nd Authorized Service Center in Chisinau.
• Dominator™ trademark is launched on the Moldavian market of personal computers and additional goods (keyboards, mice, audio-systems).
• The assembling workshop of the notebooks Legenda™ is opened.
• Legenda™ and Dominator™ products are distributed through our dealers' networks.
• Riscom Computers and Intel Corporation organize Intel Technologies Exhibition at two universities located in Chisinau (ASEM and UTM).
• The 4th retail store is opened in Comrat (Southern regional center, Moldova) on the base of franchising.

2005

• The Company becomes reseller of computer and office furniture made in Taiwan.
• Riscom Computers is mentioned at the National Exhibition "Made in Moldova", as the first Moldavian producer of the computers and notebooks.
• The Company becomes Authorized Distributor of D-Link International.
• The 5th retail store is opened in Balti (Northern regional center, Moldova).
• Riscom Computers organizes the biggest Game-Show "Dominator" (computer games) in partnership with HP, LG, Emtec, HAMA.
